EL CALAFATE - 4 days / 3 nights

Day 01: Arrival in El Calafate Airport. Transfer to the Hotel for accommodation.

Day 02: Breakfast. Full day excursion: “Perito Moreno Glacier”.

Early morning departure along the route that goes round the southern arm of Argentino Lake , till we reach Los Glaciares National Park . Along a winding road and after skirting the Rico Arm, we'll get to the walkways and mirador of the Perito Moreno Glacier. On the afternoon, return to El Calafate. The Glacier's Mirador is located 85 km. from El Calafate. The continuous landslides and constant noise talk by themselves of the permanent movement of the Perito Moreno Glacier. It's area is of 195 sq. km., it has a front of 4 km. and a lake of 65 km. It's height is of 60-80 m,. reaching peaks of 100 m. above lake level. Transfer to the Hotel. Accommodation.

Day 03: Breakfast. Full day excursion: “Upsala & Onelli Glaciers”. Departure from the hotel to Puerto Bandera to get onboard modern vessels that will take us towards Upsala Glacier, navigating along the waters of Argentino Lake . Sailing along Spegazzini channel, we'll be able to observe the homonymous glacier. Leaving behind Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat), we'll stop in front of Upsala Glacier to appreciate its magnificence. With its 595 sq.km., this is the largest of the Patagonian glaciers. On our way back, we'll moore at Onelli Bay , where we'll have lunch. After a short walk through a lengas (Patagonian birches) wood, we'll reach Onelli lagoon, where we'll be witnesses of a overwhelming landscape where Bolado, Onelli and Agazzis glaciers take the main role. Navigation time is 6 hours. Stay at Onelli Bay is approximately 2 ½ hours. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 04: Breakfast. Transfer to the Airport.
